The Chair of the RHF is currently Daniel Ibekwe, the Community Vice-Chair is Betty Skolnick and the Statutory Vice-Chair is Linda Beanlands. These positions are elected publicly by ballot.

If you belong to an organisation and wish to be a member of the Forum or wish to be an honorary member, please contact Lucy Yallop on lucy.yallop@brighton-hove.gov.uk for an application form and the criteria for joining. There is no fee to join and be a member of the forum.
We have four sub-groups which meet between our main Forum meetings and the Chairs from each group report back to the Forum on progress that they made. The sub-groups are as follows: Casework Panel, Programme Panel, Scrutiny Panel, Executive Panel.
The Casework Panel meets bi-monthly. The dates for 2010 are Thursday 18th March, 20th May, Thursday 22nd July and Thursday 23rd September. All meeting are held between 10:30-12:30pm.
The Program Panel meets quarterly. The dates for 2010 are Wednesday 17th February, Wednesday 26th May, Wednesday 25th August. All meetings are held between 12:30-2pm.
The Scrutiny Panel meets quarterly. The dates for 2010 are Thursday 3rd June, Thursday 15th September, Wednesday 24th November. All meetings are held between 6-8pm.
The Executive Panel meets quarterly. The dates for 2010 are Wednesday 3rd March, Wednesday 9th June, Wednesday 8th September. All meetings are held between 6-8pm.
The Racial Harassment Forum meets quarterly. The dates for 2010 Wednesday 17th March, Wednesday 23rd June, (This will be our Annual General Meeting) Wednesday 22nd September. All meetings are held between 6-8pm.
